Comepass is an employment service for people with a disability who are seeking work in the open job market. We work with job seekers - and employers - across Brisbane.

We help people with a range of disabilities at different ages and stages of life, from school-aged job seekers to parents and mature workers.

Comepass has been in operation for 19 years and now has offices in 9 locations: Acacia Ridge, Capalaba, Inala, Mitchelton, Nundah, Oxley, Stones Corner, Upper Mt Gravatt and Victoria Point.

We are funded by the Department of Education Employment and Workplace Relations and our services are free to eligible job seekers.

A low or no vision friendly site

An increase font function, located near the top left hand corner of the screen, has been included to assist visitors with low vision.

Who we are, what we believe

Comepass is operated by Westside Community Services Limited - a not-for-profit company with benevolent objectives.

At Westside we believe everyone benefits when all members of a community are valued and included.

This belief informs all aspects of our organisation and our aim is to ensure people with a disability are given every opportunity to lead active, productive lives.

We express this philosophy as 'your people - our people - one community' and apply variations of this statement to all our activities.
